Somato Respiratory Integration Class
Join us at Unity Flow Yoga Studio for a breath work class to reconnect your body, mind, and breath. The proceeds from this class will be donated to The Boobie Co. to help them host retreats for breast cancer survivors to help support their mental health and celebration of life!
Healing Breath Work Class
Join us for an hour of healing breathwork and connecting your physical body to your breath using the SRI breathing techniques!
During this class, we will be using Stages 1-5 of Somatic Respiratory Integration (SRI) breathwork techniques to promote connection and healing between breath and body. Make sure that you wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal and mat to lay on if you wish to use one. Come prepared to breath, heal, and share your experience.
Slow Flow Yoga
Join us for a Slow Flow Yoga class, designed to cultivate mindfulness and relaxation. In this session, you’ll move through a series of fluid postures at a comfortable pace, allowing for a deeper connection to your breath and body. Perfect for all levels, this class emphasizes alignment, flexibility, and stress relief. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to slow down, you’ll leave feeling centered and rejuvenated. Come unwind and embrace the present moment with us!
